Subscription Terms & Conditions

This agreement is effective as of the date indicated in the initial subscription payment, and is made between the website listed on the subscription (known as The Client) and Bedrock SEO, Inc. (known as The Provider). This agreement will automatically renew unless canceled as specified.

Services

Provider will deliver marketing services as outlined in the plan selected in the Stripe subscription widget https://bedrockseo.com/stripe for a monthly fee as outlined in the pricing page at https://bedrockseo.com/seo-company-pricing . These services include keyword optimization, product/service descriptions, blogs, content creation, backlink building, reputation management, press releases, web design, basic graphic design, review management, and any other marketing tasks as mutually agreed between Client and Provider. The monthly fee is subject to an annual increase of 5%.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of invoice receipt. Client authorizes Provider to store a payment method on file and automatically charge it up to 3 days before the start of each service period.

Ownership

Client retains ownership of any original work created by Provider. Provider retains ownership of its tools and processes.

Performance

Provider does not guarantee specific SEO or marketing results due to the unpredictable nature of search engine algorithms. However, Provider will make every effort to achieve agreed-upon results. Should Provider not meet these targets, Provider will, on rare occasion, reduce or waive fees as a gesture of goodwill.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel this agreement at any time with written notice via email to cancel@bedrockseo.com.

Additional Terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of New York State. The parties are independent contractors and not employees of one another. Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
